Estate Pinot Noir

Each year, for the last 4-5 years, we've had 4-8 barrels of pinot march to their own drumbeat. They have been exquisite wines but not good candidates for Jaguar or The Heretic; they have often been used in the Time Series, or batched into tiny productions never commercially available. These 6 barrels produced 147 cases of a most remarkable pinot. Made from 2018's "rogue" barrels, it is simultaneously big, bold and elegant. The structure is massive, alcohols and acids are perfectly seamed. This is one to put down for a number of years. Optimal 2024 - 2037.
